Faulty or damaged goods before 28 days: If you believe you have received faulty or damaged goods you must notify fatmagpie.com by email
support@fatmagpie.com within 28 days of receipt. Within this email please provide your name, your address, your order number, details of the returned product, why you are returning the product and whether you require a replacement product or a refund.
We will then advise you on how to proceed with your return.
Faulty or damaged goods after 28 days: If you are reporting faulty goods after 28 days of receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.
