Can I cancel my order?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to the end of 7 working days after the goods are delivered. Please provide notification by email if you wish to cancel your order, to support@fatmagpie.com, including your order number and date of purchase.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to cancel your order or wish to return faulty or damaged goods within 28 days of purchase please email us at support@fatmagpie.com including your order number, date of purchase, name and address. On receipt of your email we will contact you with exact details on how to return your item.
Where is my refund?
If you have received confirmation of refund from fatmagpie.com you will receive your refund within 30 days of confirmation.
How much will postage and packing cost?
We offer free postage and packing to all UK mainland addresses. If you are outside of the UK mainland please contact us and we can quote you a delivery charge.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service as our stock comes from a number of different warehouses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will arrive within 14 days of purchase. Usually this time is even less, check individual product delivery descriptions for information. If you do not receive your order within 14 days of purchase please
